1. Open Visual Interdev.
2. Select Help/About
3. hold down CTRL-SHIFT V S and click the logo icon on the about box

Fully functional slot machine!

It does indeed need a double-click. The machine actually works though. I got 200 credits for three globes and 75 for three cherries, etc.
