You can do this 2 ways:
1) Listen to track 13 all the way through and 14 pops up to -2:40
or
2) Set the track to 14 and skim backwards to -2:40

And you will hear their first song that the late Jason Thrisk wrote. It doesn't have a name, but it is known as "Slowdown" by the band.
