University of Kentucky Wildcat Easter Egg - Cat Got Your Tongue?

In recent years, the University of Kentucky has had a clean image of what a Wildcat should look like. Not always so. Several years ago the Wildcat logo had a discrepancy that only the artist new about......a signature. Find a t-shirt or anything with the Wildcats head on it from about 10 years ago. Notice the tongue. It's a p*nis. For years the tongue of the famous mascot was a p*nis. This was how the artist, not naming names, signed his UK works. Rumor has it he wound up telling on himself when someone asked why he DIDN'T sign his pictures. Notice the new logo with the straight normal tongue. Kind of neat.

I was in Tennessee over spring break, and there were a TON of Kentucky Wildcats fans there do to the SEC tournament in Nashville. I saw a few of the older logos, and the tongue did appear to be pretty phallic, and the new logo definitely seems to have corrected that. Good find.
