Monkey Island 4 (Escape from Monkey Island) Easter Egg - THX in Monkey Island

When you meet yourself in the swamp on Lucre Island, Guybrush asks himself on the other side of the gate, what number he's thinking of. The other Guybrush says "1138," which is a reference, just like in the movies, to Lucas' first movie, THX 1138.

It won't necessarily be 1138, though it is one of several possibilities. For instance, when I was a that part, the future Guybrush said 93.

Also, when talking to Father Allegro Rasputin, he says that the evil anti-LeChuck (Guybrush) has the number "1138" written on his forehead.

Try this, if he give you the pistol (I am from germany so the name can other in english). Use the pistol with the other Guybrush. Before you speak with him about the number. Then you will kill him or himself in the futer.
