Bug's Life, A Easter Egg - Toy Story References

In the scene where Flick is just arriving at 'the big city' (after the one fly gets toasted by the bug zapper) - the big city is near a camper - well, the truck parked outside the camper as actually the delivery truck from Pizza Planet (from Toy Story).

Also, shortly afterward, in the big city, which is made up of garbage, there is an old Pizza Planet paper cup in this scene.

Also, in some of the "outtakes", Woody is holding up the sign that tells what scene it is.

...And the cheap thing at the end where he's like, "To infinite, and beyond! I'm sorry, I always wanted to do that."

also, when he first arrives at the city, the numbers 112595 (is that right?) appear on a box towards the right, which is the day when toy story opened (november 25(?) 1995) 11/25/95

The short film about the man who is plaing checkers by himself in "A Bug's Life" has the same man in it who plays the cleaner in "Toy Story 2".

The 'old man' in the short is 'Geri'. The short is called 'Geri's Game', and was one of Pixar's first major shorts. It won an Oscar for best short animation. His being in Toy Story 2 is actually a 'cameo' of sorts, as the short was his original appearance.

The tin-can, which was the bar in the city, was actually reused in Toy Story 2... though in that movie it was just lying around... (I took this from the TS2-Audio Commentary)... is this more likely a 'Toy Story 2'-egg? Darn...

In the first Toy Story, there's a book called "Tin Toy" behind Woody. "Tin Toy" is an early Pixar short. I'm not sure if this is mentioned or not. If it is, I'm sorry.

I think that all the Pixar movies take place in one world, and they all happen at the same time. I think that a Monsters, Inc. guy should make an appearance in Andy's room in Toy Story 3.

You're wrong Daniel. Toy Story opened on 11/22/95, not 11/25/95.
