Crus'n USA Easter Egg - Decapitated Head

When you get a high score and you put your initials scroll to the bottom where the rollers are. Then push your joystick to the right for 2 min. until the head comes out.

Actually, this "decapitated head" is part of a sequence that works with the school bus and police car. After you make the head roll across and if you are playing as either of the two vehicles, start a race and hit brake, brake accelerate to (as the bus or police car) flash your lights and, (as the police car only) sound your sirens.
