Among the things flying in the Coruscant skies, you can see an airplane like the ones used in Metropolis, and the nazi tank from Indy and the Last Crusade.

You can see shapes that look like the USS Enterprise pass in the Coruscant skies several times. TheForce.net reports that there are over a dozen instances of the Enterprise. They even have an interview with one of the graphical artists who confirmed it.

Another sighting; US Air Force XB-70 Valkyrie experimental supersonic bomber. It's in the second of the outdoor shots of Coruscant right before "It's not disrespect, master, It's the truth." (I think that's where it is. It might be somewhere else.) It's moving from right to left. You only see it from its side. It's a large delta wing bomber with a canard wing and a bank of 6 engines beneath the wing. It was designed to fly at 100,000 feet at Mach 3. If you haven't seen one before, copy and paste this link: http://www.wpafb.af.mil/museum/modern_flight/mf37.htm I've also seen a lot of things that look like Bell 214 or Jetlifter helicopters without the rotor. I'm an aeronautics nut, in case you haven't noticed. My brother saw a Klingon warbird in Coruscant too. I don't know where.

Let me clarify about the "Enterprise over Amidala's shoulder" thing. I went to st-intelligence.com and looked at every Enterprise ever made. It bears some resemblance to Intrepid class, (Voyager, Bellerophon), as well as resembling Sovereign class, (Enterprise E), Yeager class, and most of all, the USS Centaur. However, it is none of these. THEFORCE.NET's screenshot is really crummy, but if you have the VHS version, as I do, you can distinguish small winglets/canards on the nose as well as being able to tell how the engines are part of the main body instead of being separate. It also helps if you look at the object from several angles, as it appears in several scenes. My earlier egg comment telling of the experimental bomber was not quite correct, the "Enterprise" is the experimental bomber. However, there is an Enterprise in Coruscant, it's just somewhere else and not easy to see.

Yes, In fact, That is the Valkyrie flying back there. Its just shortly before Jar Jar says "Yousa thinkin ya people gonna die?", its flying from right to left, and its just above the center. Its pretty easy to spot, as its bigger than most of the ships then.

The reason for all these sightings is that there are many types of vehicles and some may resemble any of the listed similarities.

Most the beguiles are in the distance so they could appear to be a tank.
