Madonna with St. Giovannino Easter Egg - UFO?

1) I am surprised nobody has posted this yet.
2) If you look on the upper right of the Madonna's head, you should see a UFO. There's a dude and a dog looking thing staring at it if you look closely.

Thanks for the kudos, guys. But it took me forever to find this, but it was worth it. I'm actually not sure that was the name, but it was close. The MIDI is from the game Final Fantasy 8. But really, I was surprised this wasn't posted a long time ago -Khameleon

There's an explanation: the author was Lorenzo della Fontana, a Leonardo Da Vinci's disciple. The painting was realized after Leonardo's dead: the "ufo" is only a present that Lory wanted to make at his teacher. Is only Leonardo's project for a war machine. That's all.

Well, back when this painting was painted, supplies were limited and often artists would paint one painting on top of another. After an X-Ray of the Mona Lisa they found other paintings under that! Now all that blob is, is another painting coming through

I'm still here to give you another explanation: If you look closely in the background, you'll see a small figure of a man that is crying with a dog. They're both looking at the object in the sky. The man is surely Lorenzo, because the grass under him reveal his autograph, and so this is all: Leonardo's project fly away as his soul, and Lorenzo is look at him and he is very sad for that.

Are you people nuts? This painting is attributed to Filipo Lippi's school, not anyone in Davinci's. Lippi is famous for having run off and defrocked a nun, and then painted her about a million times as a Madonna with/without child. Its not a "ghost" painting bleeding through, if for no other reason than because someone else in the painting is pointing at it. But with 3000 years of myths about wierd stuff coming out of the sky, why is it all of a sudden it had to be a UFO? Couldn't it be more likely that you are just one more in a long chain of sadly deluded humans pointing at the sky, sure of what you see and what it means, and willing to tell others? (Perhaps Lippi's student is in your line of thinkers, after all....

This is in referance to -Devil-s comment. It's not a finger pointing at the UFO from out of the clouds, its the halo above Mary's head that makes that shape.

Sorry, but it is obvious that this is NOT something from an under-painting showing through. Close-ups clearly show the object painted over the sky. http://images4.fotosik.pl/56/508a5923a166c47d.jpg What it is, I don't know. I don't know what story the artist was trying to tell. It may very well reference something long lost to us. I'm not prepared to agree that it is a UFO. There is a cliff visible on the right side. Could it be something falling from there? I'm sure there are many possibilities.
